Internationally acclaimed Czech pianist Radoslav Kvapil brings an intimate performance of Czech composers Dvořák, Janáček, Smetana, and Novák to the Embassy of the Czech Republic in collaboration with the Czechoslovak Society of Arts and Sciences (SVU).
Radoslav Kvapil has performed in major concert halls throughout the world, in 47 countries and in 26 states in the US . The program at the Embassy features Dvořák’s Dumka and Furiant op. 12; Poetic Tone Pictures op. 85; Novák’s Song of a Winter Night, Janáček’s Sonata 1.X.1905, and Smetana’s Czech Dances. Enjoy a night of Czech music with one of the most prominent pianists from the Czech Republic.
